Candidates must be:
-Bachelor’s / College Degree holder.
-With minimum of 1 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the international recruitment industry is required as a recruitment associate or officer (Landbased)
-Knowledge in Windows and Microsoft applications
-Basic knowledge on POEA rules and regulations
-Experience in healthcare account is an advantage
-Familiar with documentation of the candidates is an advantage
-With good moral character. No bad record from previous employments.
-Willing to be subject to background investigation (limited to past employment only)
-Willing to travel for recruitment activities.
